Use this template when creating a new spotlight banner for the homepage of drupal.org.

Specs for spotlight images:
width: 200
height: 221

For consistency, please use Bitstream Vera Sans for spotlights regarding Drupal, drupal.org etc.
Use Bitstream Vera Serif for Drupal Association spotlights.

I'm not sure about attaching PSD's re: GPL licensing etc. so I'm attaching a Gimp sourcefile here.

Perhaps we should put this (the files and a README.txt with the guidelines) in CVS in the marketing stuff (docs/marketing.) I'll do this tomorrow unless there is an objection to it.
