hey,

i want to post flash movies in the pages on my site.
the flash files captured with camtasia studio and 800 width x 600 height.
the thing is the flash file is too wide so the users can see the right side of the movie.

i would like to ask if any one can help me with the changes i need to take in the style.css to make the left sidebar 160px and move the page block to the left as possible.
