Done. I've change above url to new one but also I change paths to:
PurchaseURL
RefundURL
ReleaseURL
RepeatURL
and simulator path seems to work properly (https://ukvpstest.protx.com/VSPSimulator/VSPDirectGateway.asp).
I don't have now protx account so I can't test it.
