Can Drupal (or any of its modules) create a system that would allow users to rate objects (1 to 5 stars as an example)? Think of the way NetFlix.com lets you rate movies, or Adiumxtras.com lets you rate plugins for Adium.

a user submitted module called propstar does this like you want
unfortunatly after some searching i think the user is no longer working on the project. I can offer you my customized version but its designed to only work with certain nodes.

I'm actually looking for a content management system that has this, and as such, I haven't yet tried Drupal so I don't know what you mean by nodes :)

How does your customized version work?
