- Instead of overriding breadcrumbs globally on or off, it would be nice if the admin could set a default and decide if he/she wants to let users enable/disable it in their account settings.

- If this is too big a task, another option would be to have an place to disable breadcrumb overrides for the admin user. I think casual browsers find this useful but it's a bit irritating when administering the site.

This is pretty specific case. I'm not immediately in favor of it but I'll leave this issue open for awhile in case someone wants to make another argument or provide a patch. Thanks.
