I like having the compose tips built into my content for users to reference but I want to add more features to it that they can continue to reference. I can't see any way to edit this page. I couldn't find any documentation on how to edit this page.

In Drupal 8, you could just subclass the existing filters and replace the help text. This is a very, very rarely needed feature, so supporting altering of compose tips seems excessive.

Furthermore, now that Drupal 8 is shipping with a WYSIWYG editor, the compose tips are less important. Therefore, closing!
