Description
As part of my quest to make every SN module work with advanced profile, here is the .inc needed to make nodeprofile work with panels. It's late so I haven't given it a thorough going over, but it works. At this point, it assumes you only have one node of each type marked nodeprofile and doesn't get into all the permutations of relations with nodefamily. I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out the nodefamily code and finally decided to start simple.

This has been rolled into advanced profile so no need for it to be added to nodeprofile unless you want to.

I think it makes sense to add it to nodeprofile, so I've committed it to 5.x-dev. thanks!
Sry I'm not used to panels, this code is panel2 only or?
