Description
This is a hook_uninstall patch that should get rid of any traces of civicrm_countblock should it be uninstalled. This patch also integrates #211392, which allows mysqli support.

The patch didn't apply cleanly because of some other changes I recently made. But I was easily able to make the patch apply.
