I was trying out the username blocking feature, and since I don't want anyone to register an account with the word 'admin' in it (to avoid posing), I blocked the word admin. Then I logged out. But when I logged in using my username and password it says 'admin is a reserved username'. Now I can't even log in to my admin account! I tried doing what was suggested in the other Reserved username problem is. The username isn't reported as reserved anymore, but although I typed the right password (I checked very carefully), it says 'Sorry, unrecognized username or password. Have you forgotten your password?'

Please help!

Is your admin account called 'admin'. If so, could you change this name in the database?

I did. But it said that the username or password is not correct when I tried to log in...

It's the {access} table which stores the banned names, so edit it to remove the 'admin' row.
