Theming of the list should be possible [#212182]

In order to make the UI better the yellow marker tab should be rendered with more div's

Supporting long node.body text needs a 'floating' list and edit form. Scrolling through the text should sync the list with the content.

Moved the list to top
Added some id's and classes.

Now hope a theme joins in :-)
