I love the look and feel of this theme - the only thing I think that's missing is the addition of some regions. The one that's definately lacking is a region in the header - where you'd be able to place some ads. Also it's be great if there were some regions above the footer and below the header - such as in the salamander theme.

Also there's no place to put the secondary links that isn't vertical.

I have no intention to add a region in the header. Adding such a region disrupts the flow of the logo, site name, and site slogan.

There are regions below the header and above the footer => content top and content bottom.

Also there's no place to put the secondary links that isn't vertical.

That's by design. I'm open to any suggestions that you may have as to where to put a vertical list of secondary links.
