Hi,

In the dev version of jan-19 (newer than the beta3), there is a bug.
I use the internal parser (php5). With my first feed on a fresh site, the following warning occured 4 times while clicking refresh:

warning: Wrong parameter count for strtolower() in /home/public_html/modules/feedapi/parser_common_syndication/parser_common_syndication.module on line 200.
