I get this error after submitting content (so far it has happened to me when submitting a forums post and when making a page):

Fatal error: Call to undefined function token_get_values() in /Users/username/Sites/drupal/sites/all/modules/user_stats/user_stats.module on line 453

The content still gets created but I get directed to a page with this error on it. I'm using Drupal 5.5.

This might sound daft but I need to check: have you got the Token module installed?

By the way: there's no documentation available at the moment, if you'd like a quick-start on theming have a look at this quick guide. The best bit about this module is its integration with Workflow-ng though.

No, I'm not using the Token module. I just enabled user stats and I started to get this error. The error goes away as soon as I disable user stats.
