Can you please provide more info and/or a link about MOAT project? What is it? Why is it worth integrating? What are the projects goals and values?

Hi,
The goal of this project is to help people easily bridge the gap between tagging and semantically-annotated content creation, so to create a path between Web 2.0 and Semantic Web.
Users write posts, tag it, and then query a server to find related Semantic Web ressources URIs that could be associated to their tags.
Eg, if I tag a post "paris", the system may retrive the URI of "Paris, France" but also "Paris, Kentucky" etc ...
This plug-in lets user chose the URI they want, or add a new one if nothing relevant is found.
Then, in combination with the SIOC plugin, it outputs RDF data, than can be then crawled by Semantic Web search engine.
