i get this error when i enable the module:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'Zend/Http/Client.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/bdirectory/sites/all/modules/semantic_search/contrib/SONIA/ext/stores/sesame_rpc/sonia.sesame.class.inc on line 20
What is the solution.

This is a bug, because the Zend isn't required unless you are doing the Sesame store.
Before I fix this, your solution would be to simply comment out the line mentioned in the error, since the Zend Library isn't needed. (I'm presuming you'll use ARC and not SESAME)

changing priority, since this bug doesn't happen if Zend is installed and added to the php ini include path as suggested be done in docs.
It's a requirement that is only for the Sesame store
