Thanks.

mercmobily commentedHi,
Administer -> Site Config -> Drigg module -> How many hours entries stay in the "upcoming" queue:
This sets how long entries will be in upcoming -- after that time, they will slip into "archived"!
If you need more info, just reopen the task!
Bye :-D

wwwoliondorcom commentedThanks a lot for you reply, but What happens if the scoop is published and on the first page, will it remain there until another scoop get more votes ? It won't be archived after a while ?
Also, what does the check box "Will hide the vote given by the select box" ?
Bye.

No, it won't get archived. Basically, only unpublished scoops end up in the "archived" section
-----------------------------------------
Also, what does the check box "Will hide the vote given by the select box" ?

It's a bit of an obscure one...
Basically, when reloading the page, the select box will appear "clean". It's useful if you have two voting forms for the same node - "up" and "down" with the arrows, AND a select box ( < 0 only) so that people can report something as spam.
Now, basically if you enable this option, and a person votes "down", when they reload the page the select box won't have -1 or -2 or however much the arrows assigns. It keeps the voting amounts a bit more "secret".
Bye,
Merc.

silvanov commentedSeems like front page content should also be archived eventually doesnt it?
wwwoliondorcom commentedYes, it seems to me also! Isn't it the way on others digg-like websites ?!
wwwoliondorcom commentedActually it seems very important to me !
This would be one of the most important improvement as well as a different autovoting: the system should vote x times for each story, not x times for the global amount of stories.

mercmobily commentedHi,
This issue is closed. Therefore, it's not monitored as well.
wwwoliondorcom, I have to ask you to _please_ stop posting unrelated requests in unrelated bugs. It makes my life _much_ harder, and it confuses me and others.
There is no point in "archiving" news. There are three "containers":
* Published. This is what made it to the home page. It's the same as Digg, and it's how it should work. Go to http://www.digg.com/page192 and see page 192... the same applies to Drigg
* Upcoming. This is anything that is not published and it's not X hours old yet.
* Archived. This is everything that DIDN'T make it to the front page. You can configure Drigg so that it doesn't have the link - although you might want to put a link somewhere in your site with the list of archived news, for SEO purposes
Bye,
Merc.
