Hi Nice job with this module.

It would be nice to alert a user by email of new properties listed on the website. For example a visitor is looking for a two bedrooms apartment but by the time he or she is searching the website there is no two bedroom apartment listed. We could provide he or she a link where they can type their email address and receive an email when a two bedroom apartments get listed.
The two bedroom apartments it's just an example it could be the price range, the type of property or a combination of the options on the search block.

Hope have been clear on the idea.

First of all, Nice module! Im testing it at this very moment for a client of ours. But they had the same request, and is was wondering if there was any news on the development of this extension.

If you need any help developing / coding let me know, i will collaborate with you on this one.

I haven't started out because of the possibility that there was a lot of work done already.
