how to do this?
If I want to integrate an audio-file in more than one nodes, is it really true that I must upload the file again?
Friends???? At which cloud are you sitting?
Please give me the chance to integrate existing files instead of uploading a file ;=)

and http://drupal.org/project/am
both of which offer versions of what you're looking for, but not yet for audio files.
