Menus jump

I have altered the menu to fit into the look and feel of my web site. The only problem I am having is that when a user first moves their mouse over the menu, all menu items jump. Once they have gone over the menu item once, everything is fine.

I am not sure what code in the javascript can be altered to make this stop happening.
