Cannot select multiple Taxonomy Values in Views Filter

When creating a view that contains a filter (regular filter, not exposed filter) for a CCK Taxonomy field, I see two inconsistencies over ordinary Taxonomy field filters.
1) Operator includes "Is One Of" and "Is None Of", but does not include "Is All Of"
2) I cannot select multiple values in the Value field using shift click or option click or any type of click. Only one value can be selected.

This looks like a problem that was reported fixed in 1.1 at http://drupal.org/node/148532 but it definitely does not appear to be working correctly here.
