Relatedviews configuration

I'm having some problems getting relatedviews working. I've installed views and relatedviews and everything appears to be OK. I have created a category and added some terms and created a few nodes with the appropriate terms, pretty straight foreward.

I didn't have any problems creating a view to generate a block using "Taxonomy: term from current node" as the filter, but when I open a node that I know has related nodes no results are returned.

I'm pretty sure the view is working OK as I can get a text string to show in the block when no matches are found, but just can't get it to return a list of content with the same term assigned. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
