Issue Summary
Hi!
I would like to suggest to have the following option in the Trackback configuration (in the Content Types section):
- Allow Trackback, show by default;
- Allow Trackback, don't show by default;
- Don't allow Trackback.

Why do you need such options? I'm going to provide only a checkbox instead of "Enable/Disable" radios..

A dropdown menu is fine as well. ;)
AFAIR, the reason we wanted to have this before implementing it in production was to minimise the noise created by trackback links, and it would be useful to have a default setting to either show them or not.
