Show internal cck content type name and field name as well as the corresponding display names.

Currently, when configuring a nodereferrer field widget settings, you see a listing of Referring Node Types an Referring Fields. For referring Fields, there is not enough information to be sure you are choosing the correct node reference field. It would be beneficial to display both the internal ccks field names as well as the field's display name.

Example:

Referring Fields:
[ ] Parent
[ ] Parent

The example shows two different cck fields with the same display label. I think it would be better to see something like field name, cck content type.

It might look like:

Referring Fields
[ ] field_parent1_ref (Parent)
[ ] field_parent2_ref (Parent)

I don't know if the same thing can happen with content types having the same name, because I haven't tried that one just yet.
