Submit Product before create node

sorry i make severals errors
OR make normally create translate node from "Submit Product" menu....

Ok sorry for my english, i try again
1) I have multilanguage site, i use module localizer.
2) This module make new node and link to original in data base. He copy all cantent when press "create translate" (if have 10 CCK then it very needed)
3) When i create new node with type "Product" i see "Submit Product" screen, with Product types... I have "Generic Product" and "Shippable Product"
4) I press "Shippable Product" and create document, this nice ;)
5) But when i press "create translate" i see "Submit Product" screen too, and when i press "Shippable Product" i see new node and this node NOT translate, i not see link on the base, i not see any CCK fields...

6) When on admin/ecsettings/ptypes/settings screen i had checked option "Add new product types to nodes automatically" i not see screen "Submit Product" before create node "Product", but i had other bug, all "Product" had type "Generic Product" but me need "Shippable Product", i try option "Add new product types to nodes automatically" disable, and now i see this screen, i try change back this option, but now i see this screen always...
7) Need make back "Add new product types to nodes automatically" and i not see this screen and ...
8) Need make in settings select "type product" by default...

in admin/content/types/product need chooce only one "Product types" but this very strange....
before create product needs go in system as ADMIN, but "product administrator" have not access for this page (admin/content/types/product)....
Maybe need other system! this ideology really not work for multilanguage site...
