Very nice - I would love to use this with my 5.x sites - any plans?

No immediate plans to do a backport.
However, if this theme gets popular, and there are more people that want this for D5, I can do a backport.

It's been 2 months and no one else has requested a 5.x release.
If anyone else wants a port of this theme, they're free to reopen this issue. But for now, it's closed.
