I've installed and activated the module, but I'm not seeing a config page, and no new content is showing up on the profile pages. Is there anything else I need to do besides check the box under "modules"?

There is no configuration by now.
To see anything, create a taxonomy and start posting nodes into it.

Thanks! It looks like there was a problem with my taxonomy term assignment for the nodes. It's working great now, love it!
