Did Stephen relicense the theme under the GPL? Drupal.org only hosts GPL'ed code.

nickbits commentedHi,
I am sure that on his original site they were GPL, however, having just checked his new site he has the following statement.
- These free Wordpress themes are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 License. This means that you are free to use and modify them for any purpose, but you must include the provided link back to this website.
Stephen did not have any issues with this project being placed on Drupal and am fairly sure I noted the GPL issue. However, I will seek clarification from Stephen and get back to you on this, ASAP.

nickbits commentedIs there a way of disabling download of the theme until the license has been checked?
nickbits commentedI have confirmed with the original author that he is happy with the code being placed on Drupal under the GPL license. He asked that the footer remains intact, which I ahve done and left documented. I now have all the contact (email) backed up in case proof is required.

naheemsays commentedIt is probably also a wise idea to point to this issue on the front page - I was confused when the only licence link was to CC with no indication that it was also available under the gpl.
