Extra comma in install query [#213581]

The versioncontrol.install file had in extra common in the query to create the commits table.

I have attached the diff between the broken file and fixed file.

Thanks, committed. I had a rather large change last week and didn't get to test out a clean new installation... guess that this works again now :)
