Your response will help shape the future of the Drupal business ecosystem.The latest version of biblio works great, but is there a way not to show "my publications" as the first item when editing the user profile? As admin, I daily approve new users before they are allowed onto the site and "my publications" now completely occupies the first screen I see when opening the user profile to approve new users.
Also, we don't use the "my publications" feature at all, so having this option in the user profile is of no use to us - in fact, it will only confuse users who update their profiles. I would assume that it is the same for other websites too. Would it be possible to have an option that disables that part of the user profile for sites that don't use it?

Also, as an addendum: on our site only admins can create biblio entries, so it makes no sense to have "my publications" in the user profile.

rjerome commentedThere was a flaw in the logic which dertermined if the biblio entries should be displayed on the user profile page. This has been corrected in the 5.x-1.12 version.
If you turn off both "Show publications on users profile pages" and "Show "My publications" item in the navigation menu" on the admin/settings/biblio page under "Profile pages", you should be back to the same behaviour as the previoius version.
By the way, I don't think (in version 5.x of Drupal) there is any way to set the order in which the output gets displayed on the profile page, but I could be wrong. I think 6.x fixes this issue.
