Could someone just explain briefly (or in depth..) how to use this module?

I'll second the request for some documentation. I've got one content type referring to another (user Node Reference), I added a Node Referrers field to one of the content types, picked my Referring Node Types and Referring Fields, and it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

I'll be trying it out on my site and would be happy to start some documentation, if someone would tell me how.
