Has anybody had any luck using the cvs version of Taxonomy Access Control module with 4.6? Anybody know why this module is still stuck at version 4.5.0?

I've been using it since 4.6 came out with no problems.. it all works just as it did with 4.5

After upgrading from 4.5 to 4.6 I've noticed that all of my events are being posted twice for anonymous users. I narrowed the problem down to the taxonomy_access module and just found that someone has already posted a bug about this at http://drupal.org/node/16412.
