Is it just me or aren't these displaying properly ?

When I create an h1 h2 h3, etc these should be bold but they are not, I looked into the css and removed any prior styling so it should be bold but it never is. Is this a quicktags issue ?

Never mind, doh!! it was the input setting, need full html to use tags my bad :)
