The help text that appears when you have no vocabularies associated with the biblio content type currently reads:

"There are currently no vocabularies assigned to the biblio node type, please go the the admin/taxonomy page to fix this."

This patch changes the text and the href to admin/content/taxonomy.

Thanks, that's fixed now, but I don't think this is critical enough to issue a new release.
