The module is working, but is not showing up at the module page.

I need the module to show up in the admin for direct debit.
probably due to the fact that the .info file is in bin format and not in ascii?

I changed the CVS type of the files. But I don't think this will help.
In CVS/Entries .info and .module had -kb instead of -kkv to which the are now changed.
