Hey,

When users update their details they are brought to a screen that as well as allowing them to update their important information they are able to enable their Personal Contact Form and Comment settings.

Since I don't use the personal contact form and comments, is there a way to turn these off so they don't show in the update details section?

To remove the comment settings, just disable the comment module.

I'm not quite sure about the contact form though, except for turning off the contact module.

Disabling the contact module will disable both the site-wide contact and the personal contact form.
