Could you please also disable, or make it optionally disabled, the password change on the User Edit page?

Hi,

I reopen this issue, because I don't quite understand the purpose. I run a website where I need to disable the link to the "I forgot my password" in the homepage, but my users are (and should be) able to change their password.

I think it would be better to make this feature optional :
* Remove the link "I forgot my password" : yes/no
* Remove the box for password change : yes/no

Could it be implemented easily ?
