Issue Summary
It would be nice if the admin of an Organic Group could click a button to
send an invite (RSVP) to all members of a group.
An added bonus is if a specific event (from the events module) could be
used as the basis for the invite.
Are you getting my drift here? :-)

Yes this could be a very nice add-on. An I was thinking of such a feature. Could it be a sort of RSVP API so that other module and obviouly OG could use it ?

I was about to start coding something like this. I'm new to Drupal but pretty good in PHP/MySQL, so I'd like to start, but I'd like someone to give me a basic direction on how to go about it.

I'm currently building a collaborative website for a church of approx 300 members. (http://www.cnac.org.au)
With the expectation that I may have organic groups defined with close to 300 members, I think this feature would be more than just a nice thing to have, as I can imagine the labour involved with maintaining and entering this number of email addresses for each RSVP without it.
