Positioning and functionality question

Hi,

Does the progress bar always go where the file upload box is, and also, will this module work if the file upload box isn't controlled by it's own submit button? For instance, in one of my modules, there is only a Browse button to find the file in the file upload section. The file is only uploaded when the user clicks on Submit at the very bottom of the form. I asked the positioning question because when you're at the bottom of the form, sometimes you wouldn't be able to see the progress bar if it loaded up in the file upload section.
