Would be great if attachment could be *required*

Issue Summary

This module is great; exactly what I needed except for the one detail: I need to *require* that the user uploads a file. (That includes, obviously, marking the field as required at the outset, and setting the appropriate error on node submission if the file has not been uploaded.)
