Please add to the documentation that on any role allowed to delegate, access user
profiles and administer users permissions should be set.

Well, 'access user profiles' is obvious otherwise the assigner would never see the Roles tab, however, 'administer users' should NOT be set as this would allow adding and deleting of users.

The README file already states the need for the 'access user profiles' permission. If you think the wording is not clear, please submit a better one.

Regarding the 'administer users' permission, wad is right, it is not needed for delegating roles.

@dirkels: Actually, the README already had the clarification in CVS HEAD, but not in the 1.0 release. So you were right saying it was missing in 1.0. ;)
