After i change the setting in "Buddylist UI Settings" to "One way connection mode". When i try to add someone to my buddylist, in the Add confirm page, the description still saying "Message, which is sent by mail and shown at pending requests.". When you choose one way connection, is it shouldn't have pending requests?
