As I know, there is only one module for tag cloud: tagadelic. It displays all terms, including terms of forum. Do you know, how to not display the terms of forum?

Using Tagadelic is one way to display tags but Node Cloud and Views Tagadelic are two modules that display "clouds" of data.
Node Cloud displays nodes in a cloud instead of taxonomy terms, so the features of Views Tagadelic are probably what you want. Using Views, you can use Views Tagadelic to filter the results to exclude forum categories.
