Using CS .0.8.0.3 and

Using CS .0.8.0.3 and got these errors today from a new member.

Since CS is using Drupal 4.5 will updating the spam module to the current 4.6 release break everything or is there a way to fix these errors other ways?

I searched the site for the errors but there were no returns for the spam module.
