URLs using the RTSP protocol should be allowed by default.

I'm not sure I agree with that. Only 0.001% of the users would probably ever need it. Those can probably add it just fine?

Aren't most of these protocols pretty rare?
RTSP on the other hand is pretty common on the web for streaming media URLs.

It would be cool! I have WAP site for mobile phones and I am using Darwinstreaming server (rtsp) :)
