This issue actually exists in both the 4.7.x and 5.x versions of this module. In theme_vcard, the city field is being wrapped in a span that is being closed by a div. (i.e. <span>$city</div>)

The attached patch is for the 4.7 version of the module, but its a simple change to both versions even without a patch.
