Release notes

This release contains the re-introduction of one feature: the ability to modify FPRM files, which control the content parsing for sending documents to the Lingotek TMS. This feature re-introduction was backported from the Lingotek 7.x-5.x branch, which is set to be released within the next couple of weeks.
