I know there's a lot of different reasons for this error, but since I'm on a shared host and I don't have access to try to solve this issue myself, I need to tell the host what things to try to fix for this error to go away. So have anyone gotten the MySQL server has gone away query errors while trying to access admin/logs/updates and have successfully fixed the problem?
