If I use sharethis.com, could I add some customized social bookmark ?

You can go to http://sharethis.com/publisher?type=stapi to create an account and set various settings for your Share This popup. At step three you should copy the generated code and paste it in the field 'Share This Code' on your Drupal Share settings page under the fieldset 'Share This Settings'. Hope this answers your question.
