Ar first, thanks for great template, my customer is pleased with it.
Anyway I have some problems with blocks visibility:
1) Copyright module (http://drupal.org/project/copyright) disappears with Affaires, works with other build in templates
2) I can`t add language block in top right, it just doesn`t shown.

Also it would be great, that Top Image (top-image.jpg) would be visible only in main page!

Thanks for appreciating our theme ! I just looked into issues posted by you, so lets take them one by one:-

Issue 1 :- Copyright module (http://drupal.org/project/copyright) disappears with Affaires, works with other build in templates

I downloaded theme and module mentioned by you on a fresh new drupal system and this copyright module is showing me all copyright message on Content area, Footer and Left block. Please look into site again may be your doing something wrong.

Issue 2:- I can`t add language block in top right, it just doesn`t shown. Also it would be great, that Top Image (top-image.jpg) would be visible only in main page

For language block i can say that we did not counted this functionality while developing this theme just like Top image visibility in internal page, these all cover under customization. If you still want us to customize it please contact joe@evakoss.com.

This is a very good looking template.
I have to agree that the template would be what i go with if i could only show that top image on the homepage. If possible, please let me know how to use a second template for pages other than home, or how to write a statement to only make that image visible at certain times?
