Description

First I gotta say awesome module! I was just reading through the documentation and saw that on the to-do list is views integration for the official release. Just wondering what that might look like/when it would get rolled in? Thanks!

Thank you :)

Origionally the first release was going to include views integration, however I think it should really be built as a seperate module as alot of sites may never need it, as well as maintainability issues.

As far as what module will do, honestly im not sure! haha im still toying with ideas, I think most charts would be specific enough that using views to build dynamic charts may be pointless

Hi, I'd like to see this integrated with Views as well, it would be a fantastic way of visualising queries.

I do think there is much value in views integration. Even simple charts can add a whole lot. I can think of so many things to do with just ability to create pie/bar/line charts from a simple view with just number fields for chart data and a text field for x-label.

This may be something we can provide in the future, I do agree it would be pretty interesting, I would have to think about the integration further but it may be slightly limited in order to keep things simple. Also this would probably be a seperate module, atleast until the current chart module is completely bug free.
